What's good? My name is Stephanie Ankner. I am 29 and from Wilkes Barre, Pa (outside Scranton) I am a R&B/HIP HOP lyricist. I do and can write in all genre’s, but my main preference is of that genre. I am happily married to my sexy husband Pete for almost 3 years , together 13. We have a awesome son Xavier and a beautiful daughter Kaidence. My kids and husband are my life, nothing comes before them,
Writing is my second passion in life and I love to do it anytime , any day, anywhere.
I been a published author of poetry since I was 14. I started writing song lyrics many years back, decided they where not good enough yet and where I wanted them to be so I ripped them up, took a break and started fresh just a few years back . Back then there where not as many websites like we got today. There's much more opportunity now for unsigned artist, songwriters, beat makers, I have been online a few years now networking, collaborating and educating myself on the business. My husband is my biggest fan, he keeps it real, he listens, reads and critiques my work. His words & thoughts mean a lot to me. I have many online collaborations done and continue to do more. I am always open for opportunities, chances and challenges.. I have the drive, the passion and the desire to get my break... even if its just one placement...
I would have to say that I am one who thinks outside the box, I am open to tweaking anything I write to make it work, fit, or even better. I am always open for critiques on my work. I respect people and their opinions. I am an outgoing, fun loving person. I am real, honest and humble as well. I never take anything for granted. I am blessed by god, with my abilities, my craft, my talent. I want to be able to share it wit ya'll.....I am not your average writer, I def do out of the norm. I speak my mind, I am very creative. I make no excuses for what I write, how I write, ya either are feeling it or your not.. My goal is to land some (even just 1) into the right hands and get it placed. I am no quitter, I will finish what I start and will not rest until my goal is achieve. Trust in yourself, so others can too!
